Our services

Product Simply offers education and coaching related to product management interviews, including one-on-one coaching sessions booked through the site, the PM Interview eCourse (including access to structured lessons and an AI-powered course coach), optional mock interview practice with AI-generated feedback for eligible users, and related content and tools. Specific offerings, pricing, and eligibility are described on the applicable pages at the time you purchase or register.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website, products, or services. If you are under 18, you may use our website, products, or services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

Account registration

To use certain features, you may need to create an account (for example, via Supabase authentication with Google sign-in, email magic link, or password where available). You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Payments, orders, and access

Purchases are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). By completing a purchase, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the amounts shown at checkout. Course access, coaching sessions, and other entitlements are granted according to the product you bought and the records in your account (including active course entitlements and booking confirmations).

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, fees are generally for digital services and coaching time; refund or cancellation rules, if any, are described on the relevant purchase or booking flow or in communications we send at the time of sale. User content

You may submit content to the services—for example, messages to the AI coach, mock interview answers or transcripts, profile information, or uploads where we allow them ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content subject to the rights you grant us below.

You grant Product Simply a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, modify, display, and otherwise use User Content as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, improve, and support the services (including generating AI feedback and maintaining session or progress records), and to comply with law. We do not claim ownership of your interview answers or personal notes beyond what this license requires to run the product.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you either own your User Content or have the rights needed to grant the license above; (ii) your User Content does not infringe others' intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights or violate applicable law; and (iii) your User Content does not contain malware or other harmful code.

AI-powered features

AI-generated coaching tips, chat replies, mock interview scores, and similar outputs are provided for educational and practice purposes only. They are not professional, legal, HR, or employment advice and are not a guarantee of interview performance or job offers. AI may produce inaccurate or incomplete information; you remain responsible for how you use outputs in real interviews or applications.

Mock interview practice

Where we offer mock interview practice, your responses may be stored in your account and sent to our AI providers for evaluation, subject to our Privacy Policy. Trial or promotional access may be limited (for example, number of questions or sessions). Abuse, automation intended to circumvent limits, or use that degrades the service for others may result in suspension or termination of access.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our website, products, or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our website, products, or services. You further agree not to:

• Use our website, products, or services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks, or interfere with any other user's use and enjoyment of our website, products, or services.
• Use any robot, spider, scraper, data mining tools, data gathering and extraction tools, or other automated means to access our website, products, or services for any purpose without our express written permission.
• Use our website, products, or services to transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or any other items of a destructive nature.
• Use our website, products, or services to violate the security of any computer network, crack passwords or security encryption codes, transfer or store illegal material, including that are deemed threatening or obscene.
• Use our website, products, or services to violate any laws or regulations of any state, national, or international governing body.
• Use our website, products, or services to provoke, harass, or unlawfully intimidate any gang, hate group, fraternal organization or engage in any racist, violent, or illegal activities.

Intellectual Property

Our website, products, and services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright laws. Our trademarks, service marks, and logos are owned by us and are protected by United States and international trademark laws. Any other trademarks, service marks, or logos used on our website, products, or services are the property of their respective owners.

AI coach usage limits

The PM Interview Course includes an AI-powered interview coach (and related AI features may apply to mock interview practice). To keep access fair and systems reliable, usage is subject to reasonable limits (for example, monthly caps for the course coach). Limits may change at our discretion. We may notify you when you are approaching or have reached a limit; where applicable, monthly limits reset on the first day of each calendar month.

Session Recordings & Transcriptions

Product Simply offers optional transcription of coaching sessions conducted via Google Meet. By enabling session transcription at the time of booking, you consent to the following:

• Your coaching session will be automatically transcribed using Google Meet's built-in transcription feature. The transcript captures spoken dialogue during the session, including speaker attribution and timestamps.
• Transcripts will be made available to both you (the client) and your coach for review. They are intended to help you revisit key discussion points, action items, and feedback from your session.
• Transcripts may be used by Product Simply to improve the quality and effectiveness of our coaching services. This may include reviewing session content to refine coaching methodologies, identify common areas of focus, and enhance the overall client experience.
• Transcripts are stored securely and are only accessible to you and authorized Product Simply personnel. We will not share your transcript data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
• You may opt out of transcription at the time of booking by unchecking the transcription consent checkbox during checkout. If you opt out, no transcript will be generated or stored for that session.
• Product Simply reserves the right to modify transcription practices with reasonable notice. Continued use of transcription-enabled sessions after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated practices.

Disclaimers

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Coaching and course materials are educational; outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee employment or interview results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Product Simply and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100), except where applicable law does not allow such a cap.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our website, products, or services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, you will continue to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
