Services and eligibility

Product Simply provides product-management interview education, one-on-one coaching, the PM Interview Course and AI Coach, the approval-gated Meta Director+ Interview Program, and related tools and content. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the services with a parent or guardian where permitted.

Some features require an account. Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use only accounts and private links you are authorized to use.

Payments, orders, and included access

Stripe processes purchases. By completing checkout, you authorize the displayed charge. Product access, bookings, and entitlements are determined by the offering purchased and Product Simply account records.

The PM Interview Course is available separately for $97. New paid coaching purchases, including Director+, include lifetime access to the same course and AI Coach at no additional charge. Prior course ownership does not reduce a coaching or Program price or create a refund or credit.

Except where a purchase flow, signed agreement, written communication, or applicable law states otherwise, fees for digital products and reserved coaching services are nonrefundable. Billing questions may be sent to help@productsimply.com.

Meta Director+ Interview Program

The Meta Director+ Interview Program is an approval-gated coaching engagement for candidates preparing for Meta Product Director, Senior Director, or Vice President interviews. Approved candidates review and electronically sign a versioned Program Agreement before payment.

The signed Program Agreement states the Program price, included services, seven-session structure, diagnostic fit guarantee, usage window, scheduling and cancellation rules, written-review scope, support boundaries, required transcription consent, and other Program-specific terms. If it conflicts with these general terms about the Program, the signed Program Agreement controls.

Bookings and coaching outcomes

Coaching sessions are reserved for the scheduled duration. Late arrival ordinarily does not extend the ending time. Cancellation and rescheduling rules shown at booking or in a signed Program Agreement govern the applicable session.

Coaching and educational products do not guarantee an interview, advancement, employment offer, title, level, compensation, or other outcome.

User content and confidential information

You retain ownership of interview answers, notes, uploads, messages, and other content you provide. You grant Product Simply a non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and use that content as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, and support the services and comply with law. A signed Program-specific agreement may narrow permitted uses for particular content, including transcripts.

Submit only content you have the right to share. Do not provide trade secrets, confidential employer information, proprietary interview materials, personal information belonging to others, malware, or unlawful content. Product Simply does not promise or provide unauthorized proprietary Meta materials, confidential question banks, or other information it may not disclose.

Session transcription

Ordinary coaching may offer transcription as an optional booking choice. When enabled, the applicable booking disclosure and Privacy Policy describe how transcript data is processed and used.

Director+ requires separate, affirmative transcription consent before purchase. The signed Program Agreement governs Director+ transcript access, permitted uses, deletion requests, operational records, transcription failures, and withdrawal of consent.

AI-powered features

AI outputs are for education and practice, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are not legal, human resources, employment, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for how you use them. Reasonable usage limits may apply and may change to protect reliability and fair access.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not use the services unlawfully; interfere with security or operation; access them through unauthorized automation; transmit harmful code; scrape or extract content without written permission; harass others; impersonate another person; or infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights.

Product Simply software, site content, branding, course materials, and related intellectual property are owned by Product Simply or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred except the limited right to use purchased services for personal interview preparation.

Service changes, suspension, and termination

Product Simply may modify or discontinue features and may suspend access for fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, payment disputes, security risk, material breach, or misuse. Discontinuing a feature does not automatically delete historical records; retention and deletion are governed by the Privacy Policy and any applicable signed agreement.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Product Simply disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Product Simply is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Total liability for a claim is limited to the greater of the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim during the preceding twelve months or US$100, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.
