1-on-1 PM interview coaching
See the pattern behind the frameworks.
I coach senior and experienced product managers who have succeeded in high-pressure situations, built industry-changing products, and sold their ideas to masters of the universe—and yet struggle to bring the same voice into an interview.
If you have mastered the work of being a PM but need help turning all that experience into 45 minutes, with five minutes left for questions at the end, I’m here to help.
How I coach
Everybody knows CIRCLES. I am not going to spend your session reiterating what you can find in a thousand YouTube videos.
There are plenty of influencers out there looking for ways to make PM interviews seem as complicated as possible. I consider it my job to do the exact opposite: to show you how easy and fun interviewing can be.
Frameworks are useful, but only when you understand the reasoning inside them. I teach you to recognize that logic, decide when it applies, and surface your rationale throughout the answer. Have you ever watched an interview-prep video and wondered why you “have” to do something a particular way? You don’t—unless you can explain why it matters for the question you are answering.
My approach gives you the freedom to do things your way because you understand the standard approaches well enough to adapt them, defend your choices, and use them for your own purposes.
During a session
We begin with a calibration mock: approximately 34–37 minutes under realistic interview conditions, followed by specific and extensive feedback. That first session gives us a shared view of what is working and where the opportunities are to improve.
A single mock usually surfaces more than we could reasonably work through in one session. I will still tell you everything I see to give you the full picture from the outset. From there, we can decide what matters most, what can wait, and what deserves attention in future sessions.
What we can work on
We can prepare for the full range of PM interview questions.
Most clients initially come to me for case interviews like Product Sense, Strategy, Analytics, Prioritization, and Execution. In these sessions, I will show you how to refine the framework you are already using, focus on the most important parts of the case, articulate strategy and business objectives, and reason clearly about tradeoffs.
Every client approaches these problems differently, even when using the exact same framework. No two sessions are quite alike.
Very few candidates come to me for behavioral interviews first. Many believe they are already fine at presentations, behavioral questions, and other “tell me about a time when” formats.
After clearing their case rounds, clients often ask me for help with behavioral interviews. Shortly afterward, they realize they should have started preparing for those rounds much earlier.
Preparing for behavioral interviews is much more personal and introspective than preparing for cases. I will help you understand your own story, speak clearly about your particular expertise, identify the qualities that distinguish you, and communicate the authority you already have.

How many sessions should you book?
Some people book the night before their interview. I call that a best-efforts session.
Do not be that person.
Most clients book three to five sessions, and many ultimately book more than they planned. That gives us time to diagnose the problem, apply the feedback, and see whether the changes hold up under another round of practice.
There is a no-questions-asked return policy when you cancel at least 24 hours before the session, so the safest choice is usually to reserve more time than you think you will need.
Can you help with my target company?
Yes, although I can help with one company better than the others.
I was a calibrated interviewer at Meta. I saw the question banks and rubrics with my own eyes, so I can speak with unusual authority about how its interviewers behave, what they look for, and the questions they are likely to ask.
I have since coached hundreds of Meta candidates over several years. There is no question that I can prepare someone for Meta better than I can prepare them for any other individual company.
But very little of what I teach is proprietary knowledge. It is abstracted and synthesized from thousands of hours spent coaching PM interviews at dozens of top tech companies like Meta as well as at small and medium-sized startups.
Meta’s interview model changed PM hiring. Its Product Sense, Execution, and Behavioral interviews were designed to reveal how candidates think, decide, and lead. Many companies have since adopted that model outright or modified it for their own needs.
After preparing candidates for interviews at dozens of companies, I have seen how those modifications tend to work. Companies change the mission, products, business model, values, vocabulary, and the qualities they want candidates to emphasize. The reasoning beneath the interview changes much less.
Once you understand that reasoning, you can take the rigor demanded by leading technology companies, calibrate it to the organization in front of you, and prepare for PM interviews almost anywhere.
How do I get started?
Book a session and choose the interview type you would like to work on. We will begin with a calibration mock, identify the most important opportunities, and decide what to work on next.
